You didn't really have my issue as one of your options. I have basic and general complaint against Transunion. These credit agencies are terrible companies. They don't do anything to help consumers. They have only screwed me. They don't raise my credit score even if I have 0 collections reported, 100 % payment history. They don't share how they calculate my score yet they use it to allow banks and credit cards to XXXX me on interest rate. My score doesn't go higher with positive actions but if I use a credit card my score goes down substantially. It is a disgrace that banks use this unequal measure to legally discriminate against non rich people. They should be illegal. They really are only in collusion with banks and lenders and the XXXX of consumers. How can the consumer protection bureau allow these companies to XXXX over hard working americans by allowing banks to use a score that is so partial and non objective it is scary. Then they charge me to have access to my own information! How in the heck can that be right? I can get one free report a year? Why not any time I want. It's such a shame they make millions probably billions from my information then charge me for it. How about use some of that money they make and help people get out of debt?
