XX/XX/21 Disputed transactions unauth thru chime. There were XXXX transactions. They claim provisional credit can not be issued because some of the transactions within the claim are older than 60 days. The last statement which contained the first notice of the charges was XX/XX/XXXX at that point everything moving forward from XX/XX/XXXX should be eligible for provisional credit they are claiming because there are some transactions older than 60 days as of the date of my filing none of these are issued for provisional credit I asked then to split up the dispute for the ones older than 60 days and the ones newer than 60 days they have refused to do this I have quoted regulation e and they refuse to do anything further with this process except give out blanket emails and read a robotic statement on their computer
