I have reach out to SN Servicing because I was sent a letter saying I was {$15000.00} behind in my mortgage when for a XXXX I have been sending in the payment amount of {$600.00} and when I called they were very RUDE to me as I was trying to understand what happened and why they said I owe that amount because my escrow had went up, I was not aware that it had went up or that my payments had changed. I completed a loan modification to try and reduce my payments so I can continue to live in my home and was told I was denied. I spoke to XXXX XXXX and she said her investors told her to go forward with Foreclosure. I am not sure who my XXXX Holders are and I am not sure what is going on, I have not been getting any mortgage statements in the mail. I was calling and leaving messages and resorted to e-mailing trying to get some help with this matter. Once I realized my insurance is what made my escrow go up, I have found some cheaper home owners insurance but they are refusing to pay it.
