I the consumer submitted a CFPB complaint ( ID # XXXX ) for experian on XX/XX/XXXX which is provided as exhibit A. That complaint was made because i sent a dispute letter regarding accounts and didnt get a response. In the response to the complaint Experian stated that they did an investigation and verified that all accounts were verified as accurate. Experian is currently reporting that the XXXX XXXX account open date is XX/XX/XXXX and the last payment date is XX/XX/XXXX which is provided as exhibit C. In exhibit B i have a statement from XXXX XXXXe stating that the date the account was open was XX/XX/XXXX and the last payment date as XX/XX/XXXX. This shows that Experian is currently reporting inaccurate information on my report after stating they verified everything reporting was accurate. This is not the time to update information due to that should have been done after the first letter was sent. Now that i have pointed out these mistakes, by updating information will be admission of XXXX There is no way experian could have done a proper investigation in accordance with 15 USC 1681i due to the inconsistencies coming after my first dispute. I demand that this account be deleted immediately or i will have no choice but to seek legal counsel in regards to the amount of Federally Violations under FCRA experian is currently committing.
