I have been receiving numerous phone calls from a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX about a loan from a firm called Multi Source for {$100.00} in 2016. I have no knowledge of such loan and all debts owed were paid in full in our XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. I asked the representative, who stated that her name wsas XXXX, for additional information and clarification at which point she began screamingthat I had all of the information and that I should tell it to the judge and then hung up on me. I called back to find out more information and was hung up on again. Plainly and simply put, we have no outstanding debts and I have never dealt with this company Multi-Source. I have never recieved any documentation concerning this account nor have I recived any documentation from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. This repeated tactic is apalling and horrible. I have no information about this and I am being harassed about something that I have bo information about from either party. In addition, the tactics and abusive behavior of the collectors is unacceptable. If this is true, why is there no documentation. Your assitane in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
