This account appears on all three of my credit reports. The next company is listed as XXXX XXXX and shows a balance of XXXX which is an incorrect balance and the account is actually payed off. It is also listed as collections but is still an open account. This appears on all three credit reports. Fair Collections and Out ( FCO ), showing a balance of XXXX which is an incorrect balance. It is listed as collections but is still an open account.The balance due has been inflated and reported as a incorrect amount for years. the balance is now {$0.00} after i confronted them about the incorrect reporting amount and status This also appears on all three credit reports. These are all derogatory entries and they should be removed immediately. There are also several inquiries on my credit report that should be removed as well. I am requesting that they provide proof that I actually applied for these companies with my legal name listed as, XXXX XXXX XXXX and if they can not provide that proof then all of those should be removed.
