XXXX, XXXX and Experian have violated my right under FCRA and CARES Act - Dept of Education COVID-19 Emergency Relief and Federal Student Aid program. I am not late on any student loan because the relief is from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. If the 3 credit bureaus would have conducted proper investigation or even XXXX they would have know of these reliefs under the CARES Act. Please direct them to remove from all my credit reports as they are inaccurate, has errors and they did not verified. This has caused me stress and I can't obtain additional financial credit.
