Experian Credit Reporting Bureau Practices Redlining in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ) and Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA ) Experian is reporting false, damaging, incriminating, inaccurate character assassinating information about me to possible creditors without reason as a result of this credit bureaus actions I have been unjustly denied credit opportunities, and my credit worthiness has been affected placing an undue hardship on myself and my family. The information that Experian reports to me the consumer is drastically different then what they are reporting to the potential creditors. Experian is doing this in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ) and Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA ). Experian Consumer Reporting Agency is committing acts much like the ones presented in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , where the plaintiffs alleged that Public Data qualified as a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA because it collected, sorted, summarized, and assembled public records information into reports that third parties could purchase on its website. They alleged that the defendants practices led them to provide reports containing inaccurate criminal history information and claimed that Public Data violated the FCRA by failing to comply with various FCRA requirements, including the requirement to follow reasonable procedures to assure accuracy in the preparation of consumer reports. None of Experians duties derives from Public Datas status or conduct as a publisher or speaker but instead involve duties that the FCRA imposes on consumer reporting agencies which are specific to the function of a consumer reporting agency. I am alleging much like the Plaintiff in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the plaintiff claimed that the defendant website operator willfully violated the FCRA by allegedly publishing inaccurate personal information about him. In my case this reporting agency has continued past and present to cause great harm and damage to my livelihood. Experian Credit Report Account is disseminating information falsely and incorrect which is preventing consumer credit opportunities by XXXX Implementation. Falsely reporting Loan balance, payment amount, number of inquiries, providing false criminal history records during the consumer credit application process. XXXX XXXX
