My credit bureau scores dropped over XXXX points after I was incarcerated in XXXX I was the victim of ID fraud. There are dates of inquires that could not possibly have been made by myself as I was incarcerated. The bureaus are not removing these hard inquires. I did not approve nor make these inquires. mortgage inquires are counted as one Inquiry during a 30-45 period on one 's credit report. I have at least three inquires that are reported as mortgage-related. Mortage credit hard inquires on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, are false and would still only count as ONE inquiry If I had actually made the inquiries. ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS REPORT HARD INQUIRIES THAT WERE FRAUDULENT and the RESULT OF ID THEFT. I DID NOT MAKE THEM. I HAVE PROVIDED LEGAL DOCUMENTATION FROM THE DOJ AND FEDERAL DEFENDERS OFFICE TO NO AVAIL. I HAVE CHANGED ALL CREDIT CARDS AND NOTIFIED MY BANK THIS PAST XXXX. XXXX.
