I took out an auto loan on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Before moving from XXXX to LA on XX/XX/XXXX my vehicle was stolen. I filed a police report and reported it to my insurance company immediately. XXXX did not pay off the auto loan until approximately 8 months later. XXXX expected me to continue paying the loan while i had no vehicle living across the country. I provided XXXX with documentation of the police report and the insurance claim as well. XXXX and XXXX have removed the account from my report. Transunion has not removed the account despite the fact that ive disputed it several times. XXXX will not fix the issue either. It is unreasonable to expect me to pay on a loan when i didnt have any means of transportation. XXXX XXXX who is in charge of the loan reporting for XXXX claims that XXXX is reporting correctly to transunion and is unwilling to change the reporting status to " closed - paid as agreed ''.
