Experian refuses to fix reporting on XXXX auto leases {$14000.00} & {$13000.00}. They sent an email XX/XX/XXXX stating that they verified the accounts and the name of who they verified it with at the Dealership. ( the person they listed has not worked there for over 5 years! ) this was verified to me by the dealership on XX/XX/XXXX, as well as they also verified that Experian has yet to contact them about said dispute... These are BLATENT VIOLATIONS of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I want if fixed or deleted immediately. The lease was current every month and then they ( Experian ) stopped reporting in XXXX of XXXX and listed it as a XXXX for no apparent reason??!! XXXX kept reporting as current. When I contacted Dealership back in XXXX, they said to dispute and then they would let Experian know they are not reporting correctly. Experian is required by federal law to verify THROUGH PHYSICAL VERIFICATION of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts they post on a credit report as well as have " said original signed consumer contract on file ''. Failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Experian DID NOT VERIFY and FALSLEY CLAIMED THEY DID WITH AN EMPLOYEE THAT HASN'T WORKED THERE IN YEARS AND MUST REMOVE FROM OMY REPORT!
