On the month of XXXX, my account for Honda Financial Services was no longer being reported to all three major credit bureaus because my account was removed for no specific reason. I called Honda Financial Services and the representative could not give me a clear answer as to why my account was removed. For that reason, my credit score dropped tremendously for all the credit bureaus. Yet, I was still being billed for the car and responsible for making payments on the Honda XXXX. Basically I should still be held accountable but not Honda. They do whatever is beneficial to the company. I then sent a letter to the credit reporting disputes headquarters of Honda in XXXX, Texas. They replied back by sending a letter. Within the letter it said that the credit reporting of my account would be updated to all three major credit bureaus. However, it's been more than six months since then and my account has not been reported to any of the credit bureaus. This is extremely frustrating to be taken advantage of by a company who claims to be helpful. That has not been true in my experience. It feels like I'm just throwing away money to a bank.
