I received a XXXX debit card in my name from Chime that I did not apply for. When I looked for a number to report ID theft, there was none to be found but the general customer support. They said maybe I forgot that I opened it! They were to " investigate '' and get back to me. Nothing happened. I send an email to their support general inbox ( again, no ID theft address ) and received a response addressed to my husband! Does this mean there is an account in his name, too? They wanted me to confirm that I don't remember opening the account and send copies of our social security cards! No way! They will not close the accounts or give me information. This company has swiss cheese security and is a scam. Please shut them down.
