I am a XXXX XXXXr, I do XXXX as a side, XXXX as usual every year request a background check. Their servicer is the Checkr company. This company is in fault of my wages been lost, more than $ 2500+, they took more than 30+ days to do my background check. When I asked about the long time and what was going on, they told me that the check was in the county process and that was the reason they were taking that time. Now, after I notified them that I will file with FCRA, CFPB, they write me back saying that there are unable to proceed with my background check because of a miss of information. Thats completely wrong and the support agent XXXX is lying. I asked about the proof of that email they sent, Im still waiting for that email XXXX XXXX, told me. Adding here : They have access to my information directly with XXXX company, XXXX have my full name as how its supposed to be on my driver license.
