I made an initial mistake and the next day tried to rectify it. The collection agency for RP Funding doesn't accept electronic payment and the check had not been received 12 days later. After several phone calls, I agreed to go to their website and pay ELECTRONICALLY. This was not accepted because " they were unable to locate my loan. '' I have since paid all bills electronically including XXXX. Letters have been sent to RP Funding ( certified, return receipt ), XXXX, XXXX and XXXX disputing this. I want my excellent rating returned. Thank you.
