I sent validation letters to Mid South Adjustments asking for the original contract bearing my signature. I was told to send in my Drivers License so they can see if the signatures match. I refused because of Identity Theft and was afraid that they would just say that the signatures match. XXXX XXXX ended up sending the Contract. The signatures DOES NOT match. The dates does not match the lease. The lease states I moved in on the XXXX of XX/XX/2014 but Mid South Adjustments XXXX XXXX XXXX contract ) states on XXXX I submitted a new service application. so that means I would have went without water services for over a year. Also you will see in the Drivers License # section is blank. I would think that I would know my Drivers License number. Everything that Im stating will be highlighted in the attachments along with my filing of a FTC Report I ask for Mid South Adjustment to remove and delete this account from my credit profile. Immediately There are to many inaccuracies. PLEASE REMOVE
