XXXX. Asked more than once to stop the service. Letters that were written to creditors on my behalf were sent to me. I was told not to stop the service but choose a different plan. They took me down to an XXXX dollar plan. On this plan I was sent an email that I could not open. I was told to print letters off and send them to creditors. Basically this company just took my money. Nothing was done. I was told to wait 6 months for results but basically they were just stringing me along. Also someone told me about Lexington law. I went to their website started the process but never hit submit. From there they started calling me and telling me to sign up. Exactly how does this work? I told the guy I never hit submit on the initial paperwork. He assured me they could do something to assist me with my credit at a reasonable rate. I told him I didnt have money to just blow.
