I opened an auto loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX for a used car in XX/XX/XXXX. I had to voluntarily surrender my vehicle due to COVID-19 in XXXX. I made a settlement agreement with the company to pay {$2500.00} within roughly 18 months. I recently paid off the closed account, in full of the {$2500.00}, on XX/XX/XXXX. The balance should be {$0.00} on my credit reports, but it is still showing that I owe a balance of over {$3000.00}. I have called each credit bureau to dispute the information and open investigations. I am in the process of mailing documentation to each bureau and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX department. XXXX XXXX XXXX claims they reported the balance to each credit bureau but it does not reflect that whatsoever. I am not receiving the help I need to resolve this.
