I Refinanced with new day usa this year. In XXXX i was removed fron new day to a company named XXXX XXXX i called new day on XX/XX/XXXX to find out where my XX/XX/XXXX payment and was told i was no longer with new day usa. they gave me a number to call for XXXX XXXX. I called the numberi was given XXXX and was told i would have to wait 30-60 DAYS AND HUNG UP.i HAVE MISSED MY XX/XX/XXXX PAYMENT. I have heard nothing from this new company. I have no idea what has happened to my payments made to new day or my escrow account for my taxes or home insurance. This is no way for vetrans to be treated on there home loans .I have not heard any thing from these companies. thank you
