My loan was on forbearance for 18 months due to covid-19 financial hardship experienced by my family, when I contacted Wells Fargo I was not giving accurate correct detailed clear information on my options after forbearance to make informed decision on what option is best for me post forbearance, not armed with accurate information on all available options after forbearance the mortgage company placed my loan on " Payment Deferral '' and when I found out I called Wells Fargo and told them that due to my family financial difficulties I can not afford the current payment as it is and I asked them that the best option for me at this time will be the streamline flex modification which will allow me to receive receive mortgage modifications without submitting any paperwork. They ( Wells Fargo ) refused to reverse their decision of placing my loan on payment deferral option. I first requested for the streamline flex modification without paperwork submission option in XX/XX/2021, and also in XX/XX/2021.
