Ans she used my checks to pay the credit bill so bank is telling me its my problem I need to have XXXX removed it is causing a lot of problem for me. Its still with XXXXXXXX XXXX not a collection agency. Ans account was over XXXX XXXX XXXX. Should be deleted. Hope u can help Resolving this major problem I m having. Tyx in advance.
