On XX/XX/2021 AR Resources added a derogatory mark on my credit report in reference to XXXX accounts per XXXX and XXXX. I disputed account # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX with the Creditor XX/XX/2021, nothing I demanded was provided to me except a copy of a bill. A bill without no signature does not validate the debt and anyone can send a bill and say its mine. Also the account # XXXX in particular, has passed the Statute of limitations according to FL Medical Debt Law this was XXXX of the demands the creditor FAILED TO PROVIDE, In addition to, according to FDCPA, Creditors must report to the CRA that an account is being disputed and A UPDATE Activity Status AR Resources FAILED TO DO THAT. I have the accounts re-investigated and still they did not contact the CRA regarding the disputed account also no change in the account activity, It shows a consumer dispute the account because I have disputed these accounts in the past, NO ACCOUNT ACTIVITY UPDATE from XX/XX/XXXX until today. I would like these accounts REMOVED IMMEDIATELY
