Pursuant to 15 usc 1681a ( e ) whom have you interviewed? I want for you to provide me the actual facts of whom you have interviewed regarding this alleged debt because the definition of an investigative consumer report says you shall obtained information through personal interviews However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency. I am requesting proof of this. If you can not provide proof of the interviews you conducted within your investigation you said you did on XXXX XXXX XXXX then you shall remove XXXXXXXX XXXX from my credit report immediately. According to 15 usc 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( ii ) you shall promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer.
