I have sent so many disputes orally by phone and written through the mail, yet these false alleged inquiries and collections remain on my consumer report! I am the natural person, original creditor, and federally protected consumer! The United States along with all of these corporations ( XXXX, XXXX, Transunion ) are in fact the debtors! Every single debt obligation or every single extension of credit is originated from my social security card ( Credit Card ) number! Without the consumer these corporations are just a dead entity! CREDIT IS LIFE. 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) EXCLUSIONS of consumer report. EXCLUSIONS mean something shouldnt be included. 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) anything authorized from a credit card as defined under 15 usc 1602 ( L ) Congress says that any transaction that was authorized from a credit card should be EXCLUDED from your consumer report. So any transaction shouldnt be written or spoken about. 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( e ) : investigative consumer report. It cant be from a creditor of the consumer or a consumer reporting Agency! 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 3 ) - consumer reporting agencies have assumed a VITAL role! Credit is life & debt is death! 18 usc 8 : All debts are obligations of United States. Law comes from God. I know the law & I know scripture! I am free! Earthly Laws cant supersede divine laws!! WE WERE BORN WITH UNLIMITED OPEN END CREDIT PLAN. Im a lender not a borrower. I WILL BE PURSUING LITIGATION BECAUSE THIS HAS CAUSED SO MUCH FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO MY MINOR CHILDREN AND I! I do not deserve this, and for it to even take this long for an investigation is wrong!
