On XX/XX/21 I called Transunion @ XXXX and verbally submitted an dispute with them about the inaccurate information ( bankruptcy ) on my credit file that they maintain under my XXXX #. On XX/XX/21 I called to check the status of the dispute and the lady said that it was verified as accurate. On XX/XX/21 I certified mail a letter to TransUnion requesting a REINVESTIGATION and METHOD OF VERIFICATION. On XX/XX/21 I received a letter letter back from Transunion stating once again that the account was verified as accurate. XX/XX/21 I sent another letter requesting a REINVESTIGATION and METHOD OF VERIFICATION. On XXXX received another letter from TransUnion stating that it was verified as accurate in which I than called and spoken to a lady by the name of XXXX about their METHOD OF VERIFICATION and she stated that she couldnt give me their METHOD OF VERIFICATION and hung up on me. I called right back to now be in touch with XXXX, I spoken to XXXX and inform him to that I was calling requesting an REINVESTIGATION AND METHOD OF VERIFICATION of the bankruptcy, XXXX than stated there is no such thing as a METHOD OF VERIFICATION and to not asked for one in writting or verbally because TransUnioin will not respond to any request for one, and if I do request for one it will come back verified as accurate only. I than proceeded to inform XXXX that I will be excercising my rights by certified mail again and now with him verbally under the FRCA Section 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) and ( 7 ) in which the credit bureau must give you the METHOD OF VERIVICATION within 15 days of your request and that any automated response or e-Oscar verification is unacceptable and if TransUnion doesn't respond they are in violation of nthe FRCA. XXXX said let him talk to his but instead he hung up on me.
