I have looked at my consumer report XX/XX/2021 and I realized that my rights as a consumer were violated. Pursuant to FCRA 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 1 ) I have never given the consumer reporting agency any written permissible purpose to furnish any of the accounts that I disputed. Also they have violated 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( b ) by not excluding such accounts that had anything to do with my credit card which is also my security card according to 15 USC 1602 ( i ). I sent a letter to the company explaining their violations and that they must remove any of the accounts that had no permissible purpose or had any association with my social security that I do not want on the consumer report and I have the LEGAL AND LAWFUL RIGHT to do so.
