This is in response to XXXX, attached is a federal trade commision report as well as a rescission notice and documentation of full faith in credit that I have from the federal government that will be used in the litigation process. I do not care for the vehicle nor the fraud that was placed on my consumer report I do not wish to retrieve the vehicle that was unlawfully stolen from me. I have zero interest in going back and forth about you all stealing my property due to a billing error on a extension of credit pursuant to 12 cfr 1026.13. I will be seeking monetary compensation for the damage that have been done. You all arent in compliance of regulation z, and regulation f. I hope you all understand the severity of the nature of this issue. I do not wish to be contacted via non written communication.
