I set up a Gemini account on XX/XX/2021 and they allowed me to deposit XXXX usd on XX/XX/2021 into my account. I sent them the proper verifying I.D they asked for. While my state I.d . was cracked up top. it still had all the information visible on it. They are denying my verification because of it and now there are not allowing me with withdrawal my money. The state of Michigan is behind on getting I.D and appts into the secretary of State due to covid still. I do not know when I can get a new one, and I do not have a passport. They should not be able to keep my money till then.
