There is a bankruptcy being reported on all XXXX credit bureaus. I reached out to all agencies and was told that this information was furnished and verified to be accurate by paid source XXXX. I reached out to XXXX XXXX who responded saying that this was not true, and this information was not furnished nor is this on my XXXX XXXX report. I reached back out to all agencies on conference calls with XXXX XXXX and was told that they would need proof from XXXX XXXX. I have submitted my XXXX XXXX report and was told that was not sufficient. XXXX XXXX even asked agencies to validate when said information was furnished and was told that they were not at liberty to answer. I have also asked agencies to provide me documents to support the validity of this reporting and was told they have no such document. I am demanding that these agencies provide me document to support this reporting or remove this reporting as the said furnisher has provided document showing this information is not reported on my credit file.
