I have asked American credit acceptance to defer my payment, they keep saying I do not qualify and make payment arrangements.. I keep getting asssed late fees, and going back in a circle. I lost my employment due to XXXX, my wife almost passed, still on XXXX, and I just started working again and cant get ahead.. my rate is XXXX plus percent and Ive always made my payments but now I need the help and they rather get fees, interest instead of helping me. Ive asked for help since XXXX and they refuse!
