The headers of the attached documents show the date the most recent request was submitted and the date the site acknowledged my request. I have also attached the same documents provided in my previous written request to avoid LexisNexis using delay tactics like " we don't have the information required '' to avoid placing the freeze as requested. Finally, I have included the XXXX tracking numbers and certified mail receipt for the mailed request from 90+ days ago that LexisNexis completely ignored and did not return the return receipt.
