XXXX, XXXX XXXX Transuniin has violated all of my The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Rights by repeatedly reporting an account that is both inaccurate and fraud! XXXX XXXX is reporting different information to each consumer reporting agency. With XXXX they are reporting A balance owed of XXXX & A charge off date of XX/XX/XXXX. With Transunion they have reported XXXX balance. I have attached screen shots of this inaccurate info. They've reported to both Transunion and XXXX different dates also. Transunuon show XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX Says XX/XX/XXXX. This account is fraud and has been reporting inaccurate information across the 3 consumer reporting agencies.
