American Express has frozen my 1,200,000+ miles not allowing me to use them or giving me any reason why, and unable to give me a date they will be unfrozen. I have called their rewards department numerous times trying to get answers - I have been an AMEX member for 12+ years and these points were accumulated over the last year. Their inability to give me answers or release my points has cost me over US {$8000.00} in increased travel costs for XX/XX/2021 since I was not able to use my points for the trip.
