I had accidently made a second deposit on a check on XX/XX/2021 i got from my insurance company for property damages of {$2200.00}. The fund was deducted from my checkings account and the check was never returned to me. I talked to the banker and the issue still hasnt been resolved, or them knowing where my funds go. The insurance company said the check was cashed so they can't write me a new check even though i have a mail saying the money was never cashed. The bank has been holding this fund and nobody knows where it's at. The check was from wellsfargo bank which is also the account i have my bank with. Please help.
