Fig loans and XXXX XXXX XXXX repeatedly contacted a third party by text in reference to my account. They contacted me as well. But they texted the third party details abt my account status through text. They had my phone, email, and address the entire time. I expressed to them on at least 7 occasions that they were texting my account info to the wrong person. I expressed this by email, text, and verbally. They continued to ignore my requests to remove the third partys info. I know they can leave messages with third parties.. but they are not supposed to give out my account information.
