I need that XXXX Bank make the necessary adjustments. They removed the negative mark that appears in my credits teports in the month of XXXX for the month of XXXX and included it again in the month of XXXX. They even include an false observation in the report that reads : natural disaster. The problem of this delay was fault of the bank and the XXXX application according the bank informed me. This application was programmed to debit {$150.00} fortnightly and due to a problem that the application had, it only debited {$1.00}. The bank informed me not use that application due to problems I had and they recommended that I switch to " my payments '' app, which I did immediately. This is not allowed by the fair credit law. I have spoken with more than XXXX representatives and they have agreed to resolve the matter and have not done anything. Even, I have never received a card statement, this other issues were left to be resolved and they have not done anything. This matter has caused me irreparable damage. They have even disabled my account due to an address problem and I have already sent you the required documents twice. They unlocked my card on one occasion and then re-locked it. I send him everything I have done in the past emails and I include again my identifications with the electricity bill and the credit report. I demand that they fulfill their responsibility since the damage caused is irreparable. I await the call that XXXX XXXX agreed to give me. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
