Hello, on XX/XX/2021 I sent inaccuracies on my credit report to the credit bureaus and I still have not received word of results from a single investigation! I truly believe they are ignoring my requests and this is hurting me terribly. Section XXXX ( a ) states failure to investigate items in XXXX days gives reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. It has been over XXXX days and I no longer no what to do! These items must be removed immediately or I will file litigation because they are not doing their jobs and operating in a proper organizational manner! I'm at a loss and tried to wait and see if they would get back to me but I can not wait any longer. The bureaus are unwilling to work with me and now I do not believe they have even started an investigation.
