During the purchase of my home it was never brought to my attention that one of my mortgage was a balloon mortgage and after 15 years the remind amount must be paid in full. In this case the amount due is XXXX I tried numerous time to trying to set up a payment plan. I spoken with a few staff member in regards my concern and they always have the same response. I being in my home over 15 years and prefer not loosing my home due to not having agreement with the lender in places.
