XXXX XXXX on line with XXXX. Made one on line order {$100.00}. Tried to get XXXX XXXX for {$27.00} for third item. Called an off shore agent incorrectly add {$70.00}. Later XXXX hours of calls got USA agent for XXXX who corrected same order. XXXX received XXXX seperate authorization requests. In call XXXX hour XXXX agent in XXXX, XXXX. two reversal of authorization codes. I call bank with codes 4 days. Bank said would drop pending! XXXX! Day three got bank claim supervisor XXXX, who said he has codes and would authorize release of two of three duplication authorizationXXXX XXXX. Per XXXX. After XXXX hrs with bank the executive office open incident case. For 7 days these pendingXXXX XXXX authorizations have restricted my demand deposit checking acct. XXXX did not have two items ordered, therefore XXXX duplicate authorization will not drop off in XXXX hrs. Bank has unlawfully restricted the use of almost {$300.00} in a buying season. Please investigate!
