On XX/XX/2021 I sent Wells Fargo a request for Proof of Claim that they provided me with a loan regarding my XXXX. It was sent with a Cease and Desist, an Affidavit of Truth stating facts and an invoice for violations of the Truth In Lending Act. Mid XXXX I received a phone call from a Wells Fargo agent, XXXX XXXX, informing me that they received my request and will get back to me on XX/XX/2021. I then received a bill dated XX/XX/2021, despite the dispute ( violation of 15 USC 1692g ( b ) ). On XX/XX/2021, I sent an XXXX to XXXX. I received another bill with threatening and harassing verbiage dated XX/XX/2021 ( violation of 15 USC 1692g ( b ) and 15 USC 1692d ). On XX/XX/2021, I received a copy of an application and an agreement from the dealership from whom I purchased the car. However, I specifically asked for Authenticated proof of a loan. On XX/XX/2021, I mailed a Notice of Default describing in detail their billing errors and XXXX violations and giving Wells Fargo an additional 10 days to cure their violations. Today marks the XXXX day that Wells Fargo is in dishonor.
