XX/XX/XXXX I went into the forbearance program with suntrust now truist until XX/XX/XXXX do to the covid pandemic. I paid my taxes and home owners insurance in XX/XX/XXXX as instructed by suntrust now truist I contacted the XXXX XXXX to begin my exit strategy from forbearance in order to have enough time to get all my paperwork completed by XX/XX/XXXX. I called several times a week to get my paperwork my home preservation client representative kept telling me they were behind in sending out the paperwork due the covid 19 pandemic. In XXXX when they did send me out the paperwork it was the wrong paperwork since I was had an FHA load snd wanted to defer my payment doing a partial claim because they never instructed or sent out the correct paperwork I was denied now they have sent me a letter of default I call the 2 to 3 times a week never get the correct information or the same person. My home preservation client representative never call me back I need help please please I have been trying to rectify this situation for 6 months no one at Suntrust listen all I want them to do is the deferral partial claim do that I may begin making my payments again please help me
