I have sent several notices over the past year or two to the three main credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, AND TRANSUNION ) to dispute information on my report that should not be on there as well as advise them that they are in violation of many federal laws with the way they have been handling my credit profile. First of all, i have not given these companies any authorization to utilize or distribute my personal identification documents or authentication features. It is a violation to obtain my personal data and report information attached to said documents without my consent. There have been multiple inaccuracies across all three bureaus on most of the accounts they are reporting on. From account opening/closing dates, balance amounts, status of the account, payments made.. etc. Neither company has consistent information reporting and i requested that they validate all the information and authenticity of the accounts that they are reporting on. But they have not supplied any detailed information about whats going or the source of their information. These accounts need to be removed from my report immediately since they are not doing their due diligence to validate and certify that the information they are reporting on is true. They have also allowed fraudulent collection agencies to report on my account as well and refused to properly verify and validate the information being reported. Its seems like any company can just obtain my social security number and name, pay them some money, and they can start reporting on my account even though no debt is owed to them and i have no knowledge of said company or any agreement with them. This is a violation and is fraudulent. The inaccuracies of these reports have caused a lot of damages to me mentally and physically and limit my ability to prosper in life. As a consumer, i have rights and protections under the law and these companies need to be held accountable for the many violations they are committing. I want these issues looked into and handled immediately.
