I have been trying to work with my lender but they continue to disregard my documents. My counselor XXXX XXXX has submitted numerous third party authorization forms that I signed and provided but Wells Fargo keeps dragging their feet. I am just trying to save my home and they need to start paying attention to the documents that are being submitted. It has been over 3 weeks waiting on them and XXXX rep telling us that they have and another saying they don't.
