Financial Institution ( Navy Federal ) has conducted a XXXX Dispute with all transaction associated with XXXX Card ending in XXXX and Cash Rewards ending in XXXX, without notification to customer. Merchants affected by XXXX Dispute has started to reach out to customer, XXXX XXXX demanding payment because transaction has been disputed and funding pulled. Navy Federal is still reporting balances to credit bureau and requires customer to pay off balances from transaction that they have pulled back funding from. Customer is currently trying to work with merchants to pay amount owed due to disputed transactions. Please have Navy Federal Credit stop collection efforts, monthly balance statements and credit reporting on balances that no longer exist. Also, XXXX Report is being requested to acknowledged all transactions that has been disputed by Navy Federal.
