on XX/XX/21 I bought a gift card from Kohl for {$100.00}, and then I bought one for {$400.00} on XXXX received a letter from Kohls datedXXXX asking me to confirm that I made these purchases, which I did.Then for some reason the cards were canceled and the {$100.00} and {$400.00}. charge is still on my Kohls credit card.I tried tocorrect this at a Kohls store on XX/XX/21 and was told that the charges would be removed in a week. It has been XXXX weeks and that has not happened I have tried numerous times to correct this by phone and have gotten no placeOn XX/XX/21 wrote a letter to the corporate office asking for help but they choose not to reply.I have never ever had so much trouble with any company.
