PNC bank just informed me that XXXX XXXX resent my {$200.00} to a closed account with PNC at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021, after I just reported on XX/XX/2021 that I made a mistake. I no longer have an account with PNC and I updated my new bank account information on XX/XX/2021. I am not understanding why you all will not allow PNC to resend the {$200.00} back to my XXXX XXXX account per policy. This is highly unprofessional, errant, and inconveniencing. I earned this money direct deposited into my account on XX/XX/2021 via XXXX XXXX. It should not take several days to reimburse money from a closed account back to XXXX XXXX.
