Experian dont verify the inaccurate information on this account or preform a proper investigation with this dispute because the last date reported XX/XX/20 has never changed in the serval months I have dispute this inaccurate information. I have disputed this inaccurate account multiple times over the past serval months and the last date reported has never changed which shows that this account was never verified or investigated. Because the last date reported never changed on any of my disputed credit reports this is a violation of the FCRA requirements. Experian has a grave responsibility to preform a proper investigation with this dispute and the last date reported should change each time the account is disputed, which it dont charge on any report with this dispute. I have attached proof documentation directly from the credit report showing the date of XX/XX/20 which is over a year since this date has not changed. The last date reported has not changed on any credit report I have received while this account has been disputed the last few months. This is a violation of the FCRA requirements. I am keeping very good records of all communications with this dispute in case I need to litigate this account with Experian.
