I have filed an identity theft report pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( Q ) ( 4 ). Just an FYI : I understand pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( c ) that you have the Authority to Decline or Rescind. I assure you the information that I am presenting to you was not blocked in error. No material misrepresentation of the fact has taken place.
