This spammer impersonating a representative from American Express is harassing me again, and I don't have any credit cards. I've called The real American Express last month and the phone number XXXX isn't their real phone number, and American Express will never call anybody.And they knew it's a scammer using their name to ruin their reputation by ripping us off when I don't have credit card debt. I don't mess with credit cards. I want this crook arrested.
