I noticed I have some inaccurate " late payments '' on my credit file. I have disputed the accuracy of this account several times but I was never notified of the investigation results. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX XXXX XXXX, an investigation must be complete in XXXX days. Since the investigation was not complete it is a violation to my consumer rights and this account must be updated to " paid on time '' or deleted. It is also a violation of my right to privacy and it harm my general reputation for this inaccurate information.
